Today we're going to see how far you can make it before getting tired. No need to push yourself to exhaustion, just find your limit. We're going to use this to understand your baseline, so that we can check in again later to see how your improving.
We recommend downloading an app like Strava or MapMyRide to automatically track your distance. If you get in the habit of tracking early, you'll see even more of a change over time.
