Do a push up

Find a surface at your house that’s as high as your chest or your hips -- like a counter. Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder-distance apart. Bend your elbows bringing your chest to meet the edge. Breathe in and out. Push away while straightening your arms. Congratulations! You just did a perfect* pushup.
