Do a chair dip

Find a chair. Place your hands on the edge of the chair while your booty floats in the air. Bend your elbows lowering your booty towards the ground. Breathe in and out. Push away while straightening your arms and raising your booty back up to seat height. Congratulations! You just did a tricep dip.

Your strength goal for today: 1 pushup, 1 tricep dip
