Day 5

Superman

Lay on your stomach on the floor, on a rug, towel or yoga mat. Extend your arms overhead as you stretch your legs out away from your trunk. Using your back muscles, lift your limbs off the floor like you’re flying through the air - like Superman ;) Repeat 10 times. Congratulations! You just did a superman.

Today’s strength goal: 10 supermans, 1 pushup, 1 tricep dip, 1x 30-second plank, 10 chair squats.
