Day 6

Mountain climbers

Lay on your stomach on the floor, on a rug, towel or yoga mat. Hold a static pushup. Bring your right knee towards your head and rest your foot below your sternum. Switch legs. Repeat, like you’re running. Count up to 10 then back down to 0, for a total of 20 reps. Congratulations! You just did a set of mountain climbers.

Today’s strength goal: 20 mountain climbers, 10 supermans, 1 pushup, 1 tricep dip, 1x 30-second plank, 10 chair squats.
