Stand at the end of a yoga mat or floor. With your legs as straight as possible, walk your hands away from your feet until you are in a static pushup position. Do a pushup from either your knees or your toes. Jump your feet to your hands. Jump back up to a standing position, clapping your hands overhead. Congratulations! You just did a burpee.
