Day 7


Stand at the end of a yoga mat or floor. With your legs as straight as possible, walk your hands away from your feet until you are in a static pushup position. Do a pushup from either your knees or your toes. Jump your feet to your hands. Jump back up to a standing position, clapping your hands overhead. Congratulations! You just did a burpee.

Today’s strength goal: 1 burpee, 1 min of situps, 20 mountain climbers, 10 supermans, 1 pushup, 1 tricep dip, 1x 30-second plank, 10 chair squats.

1 minute situp test

Lay on the floor on a rug, towel or yoga mat on your back. Bend your knees. Reach with straight arms to your knees, touching the flat part on the top of your knee caps as you lift your back off the ground. Congrats you just did a situp! Now set a timer for 60 seconds. Count how many situps you can do in 60 seconds.
